We're looking for a GEO Specialist to improve and maintain visibility in AI-driven discovery platforms for Promptwatch. In this role, you'll combine classic SEO fundamentals with a new GEO mindset: analyzing how AI systems interpret content, identifying gaps in brand visibility across AI answers, and translating insights into concrete optimization strategies.
What makes this role different: you're not optimizing for blue links, but for answers. Success is measured in AI visibility, citations, and inclusion, not just rankings. You'll help define GEO best practices, not just execute them.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and improve Promptwatch's visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews)
- Analyze how AI systems interpret, retrieve, and cite content across different prompt types and user intents
- Identify gaps in brand, product, and feature visibility within AI-generated answers
- Translate GEO insights into concrete content and technical optimization strategies
- Work hands-on with Promptwatch data (prompt monitoring, citations, content gaps, crawler insights) to drive measurable impact
- Optimize existing content for AI readability, authority signals, and retrieval likelihood
- Develop new content frameworks tailored to AI Search behavior (entity coverage, structured answers, source alignment)
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing to test, validate, and iterate GEO hypotheses
- Track GEO performance over time and report on impact to visibility, citations, and downstream traffic
- Stay ahead of emerging AI Search patterns and evolving ranking/retrieval mechanisms

Compensation
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 (depending on experience)
