We're looking for our first GTM Engineer to build a world-class outbound engine from the ground up.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you'll combine growth, sales, data, automation, and AI to generate predictable pipeline. You'll work directly with the CEO, Sales, Marketing, and Product to design, build, and continuously optimize our go-to-market systems.
Rather than managing a large SDR team, you'll leverage technology, automation, AI, and data to help our commercial team operate at maximum efficiency. As we scale, you'll help define how outbound evolves within Promptwatch.
What You'll Do
- Build and own Promptwatch's outbound strategy across the US and Europe
- Design scalable outbound systems that consistently generate qualified pipeline
- Define ICPs, account segmentation, buying signals, and prioritization frameworks
- Build AI-powered prospecting, enrichment, personalization, and outreach workflows
- Experiment with new outbound channels, messaging strategies, and campaign structures
- Work closely with Sales to improve conversion throughout the commercial funnel
- Partner with Marketing to align outbound with product launches, content, and demand generation initiatives
- Build reporting dashboards and analyze pipeline performance to continuously improve results
- Evaluate and implement modern GTM technologies, AI agents, and workflow automation tools
- Develop scalable outbound playbooks that can support future team growth
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Outbound, Growth, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, GTM Engineering, or a similar commercial role
- Proven experience building outbound programs in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up
- Strong understanding of modern outbound methodologies and account-based prospecting
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, enrichment providers, and workflow automation
- Passion for AI and using technology to automate repetitive commercial processes
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable writing copy, designing systems, analyzing data, and experimenting quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional ownership
- Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or marketing to enterprise software, SEO, marketing, or digital teams
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, n8n, Zapier, or similar GTM tooling
- Experience building AI-driven workflows using LLMs and automation platforms
- SQL or light scripting experience
- Experience hiring or mentoring outbound teams
