As a Product Designer, you'll own the full design spectrum - from user flows and interface design to data visualizations, marketing assets, and brand materials. You'll work closely with the founding team and engineers to create experiences that feel effortless and look beautiful. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how thousands of businesses interact with AI search data every day.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end product experiences from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Create intuitive UI/UX for complex data dashboards and analytics tools
- Design data visualizations that make complex information actionable
- Develop and maintain our design system and brand guidelines
- Create marketing visuals, presentations, and graphics for campaigns
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Run user research and iterate based on feedback
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong UI/UX design portfolio with shipped products
- Experience designing data-heavy applications and dashboards
- Data visualization design skills
- Graphic design and visual communication abilities
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design
- User research and usability testing experience
Nice to Have
- Motion design and prototyping (Principle, After Effects)
- Illustration skills
- Brand identity design experience
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
Compensation
Base salary: €55,000 – €85,000
