Become one of the commercial leaders of our US business. This is a highly strategic role where you'll own complex sales opportunities, influence our go-to-market strategy, and help build the foundation of our US commercial organization. You'll work directly with the CEO to win enterprise customers and establish Promptwatch as the market leader in AI Search.

Promptwatch (founded in Amsterdam in 2025) is building the leading platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping brands understand, measure, and improve how they appear across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. Hundreds of companies already rely on Promptwatch to turn AI Search into a measurable growth channel, and we're now expanding our presence in New York to accelerate our growth across the US market.

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to become one of the commercial leaders of our US business. This is a highly strategic role where you'll own complex sales opportunities, influence our go-to-market strategy, and help build the foundation of our US commercial organization.

You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to win enterprise customers, shape our sales playbook, and establish Promptwatch as the market leader in AI Search.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a quota. You'll have the autonomy to help define how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build a world-class commercial team in the US.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers, from initial discovery through negotiation and close
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through a combination of inbound opportunities and strategic outbound initiatives
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with marketing leaders, executives, and enterprise buying committees
  • Partner closely with the CEO on strategic accounts, partnerships, and large enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Go-To-Market Engineers to refine ICPs, messaging, outbound campaigns, and account strategies
  • Work closely with Customer Success to maximize customer expansion, renewals, and long-term revenue growth
  • Provide structured market feedback that influences Product, Marketing, and company strategy
  • Help establish scalable sales processes, qualification frameworks, forecasting standards, and best practices
  • Mentor future Account Executives as we continue to grow the US team

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS with a strong track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling to enterprise marketing, SEO, digital, or technology teams is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to create pipeline through both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with excellent executive communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth startup where processes are still being built
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional ownership and accountability
  • Passion for AI, search, marketing technology, and emerging market categories
  • Excited to play a key role in building our US commercial organization

Compensation

OTE: $180,000 - $240,000 (base salary + commission), depending on experience

Equity: Meaningful equity package with significant long-term upside

Office: Based in our Midtown South, New York office, working closely with the CEO and founding team
