We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to help accelerate Promptwatch's next stage of growth.
You'll join an ambitious marketing team and work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and the founders to drive pipeline, experiment with new acquisition channels, and establish Promptwatch as the leading brand in AI Search.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data. You'll have significant ownership, move quickly, and play a key role in shaping how one of the fastest-growing AI software companies reaches its next stage.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize growth initiatives across the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion
- Launch, test, and scale campaigns across paid, organic, partnerships, events, email, and emerging acquisition channels
- Work closely with Sales to generate high-quality pipeline and improve lead conversion
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities
- Design and run rapid experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
- Partner with our content team to grow our presence across AI Search, SEO, and thought leadership
- Help organize webinars, industry events, and conference campaigns
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and scale execution
- Contribute to building a scalable, data-driven growth engine as we continue international expansion
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and attribution tools
- Experience with paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, content marketing, or product-led growth
- Comfortable running experiments and making data-driven decisions
- Curious about AI, search, and emerging marketing technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- High level of ownership with a bias toward execution
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to SEO, digital marketing, or enterprise software buyers
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM reporting
- Experience working in an international B2B SaaS company
