Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

A round of fixes across the platform to keep things running smoothly:

• Links in the content editor can be viewed and edited again: clicking a link now opens the link popover.
• The Webflow "Open CMS" link no longer leads to a 404 when your site has no collections yet.
• Switching projects via the domain select no longer reloads the page, and lists no longer jump to the top when you select an item.
• Placeholder analytics numbers are now blurred until crawler logs are set up, so they can't be mistaken for real data.
