ChatGPT Election Results in Responses

When ChatGPT answers an election question with a live results box, the response view now shows that box too, in the place ChatGPT put it.

• Supported: the Associated Press results box with vote totals and call status, the Senate balance of power box, and the vote cards ChatGPT draws itself.
• Each box is labeled as rebuilt from ChatGPT's data, with a tooltip explaining why it can look different from ChatGPT.
• The tooltip also notes that the results are live from when the answer was collected, so they can differ from the figures ChatGPT quotes in its text.
• ChatGPT's candidate cards, with photo, name, and party, are labeled as candidate cards instead of recommendations.
• The boxes only show data from ChatGPT's answer. Scores, the API, and MCP are unchanged.
