New Feature
Fact Check Accuracy Score
The Fact Check runs tab now shows how often AI gets your brand right, as one score and as a heatmap per model and theme.
- The accuracy score is the share of your brand's checked mentions that are accurate. A claim you marked yourself counts the way you marked it; otherwise the latest completed fact check decides.
- Inconclusive and unchecked claims are left out of the score.
- The heatmap shows accuracy for each model and theme, so you can see which model repeats wrong claims, and about what.
- Marking a claim in the table slides the row away and tells you where it went.
- The Checked column on the runs table is sortable, latest first.
- Brand Narrative lists your best-scoring theme first, and its claims table puts the most negative claims at the top.
Start with the model that gets you wrong
- Look for the weakest cells in the heatmap. Open the claims behind a low model and theme pair, then fix or publish the page that answers them.
- Come back after you update a page. As new answers stop repeating the wrong claim, the score goes up.
