Fixed ChatGPT Citation Display

ChatGPT sometimes returns citation markers as plain ASCII text instead of formatted tokens. Citations now render correctly regardless of the format ChatGPT uses, so you always see proper citation badges instead of raw text like "citeturn0search0".
