Local GEO/SEO Targeting
Pin a monitor to an exact spot on the map, and ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode answer as if the question was asked from there. Other models keep using the monitor's country, state, and city.
- When you create a monitor, open Local GEO/SEO targeting and search for a city, address, or landmark, click the map, or type coordinates.
- Pick how precise the location is, from 20 m to 5 km, and give it an optional name. The monitor header shows the pinned location.
- Like the rest of a monitor's location, the point is fixed once the monitor is created. Copying a monitor keeps it.
- The REST API and MCP tools take and return the same location fields.
- Available on Business, Agency Scale, and Enterprise.
Track the answers your local customers get
- Questions like "best dentist near me" get different answers a few streets apart. Create a monitor per location you serve and compare who AI recommends in each.
- Use a small radius for a single store or office, and a larger one for a neighborhood or a whole town.
