Both. You can see brand-level share of voice in shopping responses, then drill into which specific product pages are being cited or recommended.
Yes. You can upload a CSV, using a file with an id column and a name column, plus an optional description column. Files are limited to 5,000 rows and 5MB, and the id must exactly match the product identifier used in AI shopping results, such as a Shopify product ID or an Amazon ASIN, otherwise the product uploads but stays unmatched. This feature is part of Shopping Insights, available on Business and Enterprise plans.
No. Catalog products currently link only to shopping results from ChatGPT and from Amazon Alexa. Google AI Overview and AI Mode shopping results are visible within individual responses, but they are not tracked, matched, or counted in the Shopping section yet.
Shopping queries surface product recommendations rather than article citations. This page tracks recommendation frequency and product-level mentions instead of source citations.
