Track Meta AI Answers

Monitors can now track Meta AI, the assistant at meta.ai, alongside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers. Meta AI searches the web before it answers, so you get its citations and query fanouts like any other live-search model.

  • Add Meta AI to a monitor from the model picker, under Show all models.
  • Meta AI answers show up in visibility, sentiment, citations, and query fanouts, with Meta's new Meta AI icon.

Cover the AI people use inside Meta's apps

  • Meta AI is built into WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, so it reaches people who never open ChatGPT. Add it to the monitors for consumer brands and local markets first.
  • Compare its citations with ChatGPT's on the same prompts. Sources that Meta AI cites and ChatGPT doesn't are places to get mentioned next.
