Track Prompts Every 12, 6, or 1 Hours
A monitor can now run its prompts several times a day instead of once. The tracking frequency picker has a new Several times a day group with every 12 hours, every 6 hours, and every hour.
- Available on Business and Agency Scale, and on Enterprise on request.
- Existing monitors keep tracking daily. You pick a faster frequency per monitor.
- A slot that is missed still runs on the next pass, so a monitor doesn't skip a run.
- Usage projections count every run, so you can see what a faster frequency costs before you turn it on.
Use faster tracking where answers move quickly
- AI answers vary between runs. Running a prompt several times a day gives you a steadier visibility number than one answer a day.
- Turn on hourly tracking for a launch, a campaign, or a PR moment, then switch back to daily once things settle.
