What is Online Webceo Bot?
Online Webceo Bot is a site crawler used by WebCEO's SEO Analysis, Technical Audit, and Internal Links tools. A WebCEO customer starts the analysis, and the crawler requests pages so those tools can detect SEO or usability issues. The traffic belongs to a customer-configured audit rather than a public search engine.
The main crawler identifies itself as Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; online-webceo-bot/1.0; +http://online.webceo.com). WebCEO uses a separate seo-audit-check-bot identity on white-label domains. Its documentation also lists ordinary desktop and mobile browser user agents for homepage snapshots, favicons, Flash checks, and AMP checks, so not every related request contains the main token.
Robots compliance is unknown in the local metadata, and Cloudflare's bot directory marks Online Webceo Bot as not following robots.txt. WebCEO publishes a current list of source addresses for firewall rules, but this bot is not marked as IP verified and includes no HTTP signature directory. Identification should combine the active WebCEO job, requested URLs, and current operator documentation.
WebCEO documents this traffic as input to SEO and site-audit tools. It does not assign the bot a foundation-model training or AI answer-indexing role. Running an audit may lead a team to improve its pages, but the crawler itself has no direct effect on whether an outside AI service cites them.
