What the AI Agent page is

The Brand Book → AI Agent page holds the defaults the content agent starts from every time it researches or writes for your project. Each setting here can be overridden per document, so this page is the baseline: set it once, and both Create Content runs and the automated Content Agent drafts start from it.

The defaults you set once

  • Language: the default language the agent writes in. Overridable per document.
  • Currency: the currency your brand sells in, used for prices, plans, and money examples in generated content. Language and country settings do not control this.
  • Tone of voice: the default writing style for your brand, with a custom option when none of the presets fit. Overridable per document.
  • Default AI Agent Tools: which research and writing tools the agent may use, and which it must always use. The tool list is the same one Create Content shows per run; here you set the project default.
  • Image Generation Settings: the defaults for AI-generated featured images: artistic style, extra prompt instructions, creativity level, whether text may appear in the image, and a brand reference image to keep generated images on-brand.
  • Default Author: the name, title, and photo shown as the author when a document publishes to your CMS. Leave it untouched to use the project default.
  • Restrictions: blocked words that are pre-populated on each new document and passed to the writing agent as terms that must never appear in the output.

How it relates to the Content Agent

The Content Agent settings decide when and how much the agent publishes: schedule, budget, autonomy. The AI Agent page decides how the writing itself reads: language, tone, tools, imagery. A draft produced on autopilot still follows every default on this page, so it is worth setting before you turn automation on. Click Save Changes at the bottom to apply. Viewers can read the page but cannot change it.

After you save

Every new document, manual or scheduled, starts from these defaults. Existing drafts keep what they were created with, so a tone change applies to the next piece, not retroactively.
